The Ink Spot Tattoo Studio is Noah Lynes. We are located in downtown East Wenatchee Wa., at 818 Valley Mall Parkway. Our phone number is 509-884-3717. Our hours are 11:00 to 7:00 Monday through Saturday.

 The cost of piercings is $45.00 which includes the jewelry and H2Ocean aftercare. We do not pierce anyone under the age of 16 years old and anyone under 18 must have parent PRESENT to be pierced. 

 You must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo. There are no exceptions to the law.RCW26.28.085

Tattoos are done mostly by appointment but if the chairs are empty we will gladly take walk-ins. Tattoo minimum is $40.00 and our prices are by the tattoo, not hourly. We require a Minimum $40.00 deposit on ALL appointments and custom artwork, which will be taken off the price of the tattoo.
