The Ink Spot Tattoo Studio is Noah Lynes and Ariel Hill. We are located located at 818 Valley Mall Parkway in East Wenatchee Wa. Phone number is 509-884-3717. Our hours are 11:00 to 7:00 Monday through Saturday.  We do piercings on a walk-in basis and the cost of most piercings is $45.00, which includes the jewelry and aftercare. We do not pierce anyone under the age of 16 years old and anyone under 18 must have parent PRESENT to be pierced. You must be 18 years old to get a tattoo. Tattoos are done mostly by appointment but if the chairs are empty we will gladly take walk-ins.
